Patricia L. Dowell

Patricia Louise Dowell, 90, of Kennewick, died Aug. 5 in Richland.

She was born in Springfield, Ore., and lived in the Tri-City area since 1966.

She was a retired classified employee of Hawthorne Elementary School.

Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
