Evelyn E. O’Neal

Evelyn Elizabeth O’Neal, 90, of Kennewick, died Aug. 1 in Kennewick.

She was born in Big Bay, Mich., and lived in the Tri-City area since 1951.

She was a retired secretary with operating engineers Local 280 in Richland.

Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
