Joy L. Miller, 77, of Kennewick, died July 25 in Kennewick.

She was born in Tulsa, Okla., and lived more than 50 years in Kennewick.

She was a retired receptionist.

Mueller’s Chapel of the Falls, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
