Hoang C. Duong

Huang Cong Duong, 56, of Kennewick, died July 24 in Seattle.

He was born in Saigon, Vietnam, and lived in the Tri-City area since 1978.

He was a nail technician in the cosmetic industry.

Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
