Billy T. Frisbee

Billy Trent Frisbee, 78, of Benton City, died July 17 in Richland.

He was born in Juno, N.C., and lived in Benton City since 1987.

He retired from nuclear senior management.

Prosser Funeral Home, Prosser, is in charge of arrangements.
