James L. Kelley

James Lamont Kelley, 59, of Richland, died July 13 at Hospice at the Chaplaincy in Kennewick.

He was born in Des Moines, Iowa, and lived four years in the Tri-City area.

He was an engine parts manufacturer.

Hillcrest Memorial Center, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
