Frances M. Hinchliffe

Frances Mae Hinchliffe, 87, of Waitsburg, died July 11 at Callaway Gardens in Kennewick.

She was born in Wallace, Idaho, and lived many years in the Tri-City area.

She was a retired music teacher and homemaker.

Hubbard-Rogg Funeral Home, Dayton, is in charge of arrangements.
