Wayne C. Ruby

Wayne C. Ruby, 69, of Richland, died July 11 in Richland.

He was born in Sturgis, S.D., and was a longtime Sunnyside resident.

He was a retired state patrolman.

Smith Funeral Home, Sunnyside, is in charge of arrangements.
