Ricky L. Starr

Ricky Lynn Starr, 70, died June 27 at home in Benton City.

He was born in Dunkirk, Ind., and lived in the Tri-City area for five years.

He was a retired welder in the Westport shipyard and recently worked at the gun counter in Ranch and Home in Kennewick.

Life Tributes Cremation Center, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
