Mark E. Arend

Mark Eugene Arend, 52, of Richland, died June 24 at Hospice at the Chaplaincy in Kennewick.

He was born in Lowell, Ind., and lived in the Tri-City area for 20 years.

He was a commercial electrician.

Life Tributes Cremation Center, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
