Joel M. VanSant

Joel Mathis VanSant, 66, of Kennewick, died June 23 at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland.

He was born in Ratone, N.M., and lived in the Tri-City area for 27 years.

He was a retired kitchen designer at Home Depot.

Hillcrest Memorial Center, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
