Richard W. Smith

Richard Wayne Smith, 81, of Richland, died June 19 at Hospice at the Chaplaincy in Kennewick.

He was born in Longview, and lived in the Tri-City area for 50 years.

He was a retired electrical engineer for an ultrasonic imaging system.

Hillcrest Memorial Center, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
