Eugene ‘Gene’ E. Merwin

Eugene “Gene” E. Merwin, 78, of Kennewick, died Friday in Spokane.

He was born in Hot Springs, S.D., and had lived in the Tri-Cities for 11 years.

He was a retired high school chemistry teacher.
