Frances L. Weis

Frances Lucy Weis, 74, of Kennewick, died June 14 in Kennewick.

She was born in Bronx, N.Y., and lived in the Tri-City area for 37 years.

She was a homemaker.

Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
