Steven L. Waters

Steven Lynn Waters, 61, of Burbank, died June 12 in Kennewick.

He was born in Pasco, and lived in Burbank for 30 years.

He worked for Franklin County Public Works.

Danekas Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Colville, is in charge of arrangements.
