Cynthia D. Welch

Cynthia Dee Welch, 55, of Pasco, died June 7 in Kennewick.

She was born in Marion, Ohio, and lived in the Tri-City area for 50 years.

Mueller’s Greenlee Funeral Home, Pasco, is in charge of arrangements.
