Richard L. Skaugset

Richard Louis Skaugset, 76, of Eatonville, died May 27 in Puyallup.

He was born in Tacoma and lived in the Tri-City area from 1961 to 1984.

He was a retired electronics engineer specialist.

Chapel of the Resurrection Funeral Home, Bothell, is in charge of arrangements.
