William “Bill” VanWinkle

William “Bill” VanWinkle, 87, died May 27 at home in Pasco.

He was born in Walla Walla and lived in the Tri-City area since the 1950s

He was a retired self-employed piano tuner.

Columbia Memorial Funeral Chapel, Pasco, is in charge of arrangements.
