Fred M. Hoops

Fred Miller Hoops, 84, of Kennewick, died May 14 at Legacy Homes in Kennewick.

He was born in Chickasha, Okla., and lived in the Tri-City area since 1956.

He was a retired teacher for the Kennewick School District.

Life Tributes Cremation Center, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
