Joyce E. Goodwin

Joyce Elaine Goodwin, 76, of Eltopia, died May 12 at home.

She was born in Grand Coulee and lived in the Tri-City area since 1948.

She was a retired human resources specialist for Westinghouse-Hanford.

Life Tributes Cremation Center, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
