Roy E. Fox

Roy E. Fox, 78, of Kennewick, died May 1 on White Pass.

He was born in Albany, Ore., and lived in the Tri-City area since 1974.

He was a retired transit operator for Ben Franklin Transit.

Hillcrest Memorial Center, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
