Sandra R. Rowe

Sandra Rae Rowe, 67, of Kennewick, died April 15 in Kennewick.

She was born in Ipswich, S.D., and lived in the Tri-City area for 47 years.

She was a retired executive secretary at Hanford.

Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
