Phyllis V. Frey

Phyllis Viola Frey, 97, of Pasco, died March 25 at her home.

She was born in Meredith, Mont., and lived in the Tri-Cities since 1921.

She was a retired teacher’s aide for the Pasco School District.

Hillcrest/Bruce Lee Memorial Center is in charge of arrangements.
