Thomas P. Foley

Thomas Patrick Foley, 76, died March 16 at home in Kennewick.

He was born in Wilbur and lived in the the Tri-City area since 1970.

He was a retired director of facilities and capital projects for the Kennewick School District.

Neptune Society, Spokane, is in charge of arrangements.
