Robert E. Richards

Robert Eugene Richards, 86, died March 18 in Richland.

He was born in Lone Star, Kan., and lived in the Tri-Cities since 1946.

He worked as an electrical engineer at Hanford.

Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of the arrangements.
