Todd D. Phillips

Todd Duane Phillips, 53, of Benton City, died in a motorcycle accident March 17 in Benton City.

He was born in Dinuba, Calif., and lived in the Tri-Cities 18 years.

He was a truck driver.

Dvorak Funeral Home, Pasco, is in charge of arrangements.
