Marc A. Moreno

Marc A. Moreno, 18, of Pasco, died March 11 at the Benton County jail in Kennewick.

He was born in Kennewick and was a lifelong resident of Pasco.

He was a general laborer for Garcia Contractors in Pasco.

Columbia Memorial Funeral Chapel, Pasco, is in charge of arrangements.
