Joan A. Brooks

Joan Arlene Brooks, 82, of Kennewick, died March 14 in Kennewick.

She was born in Tulare, Calif., and lived in the Tri-City area for 40 years.

She was a retired secretary at Fireman’s Fund Insurance.

Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
