James D. Franklin Jr.

James D. Franklin Jr., 72, died March 12 at home in Kennewick.

He was born in Seattle and lived in the Tri-City area since 1948.

He was a retired fabricator at Sandvik Special Metals.

Life Tributes Cremation Center, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
