Mildred E. Smith

Mildred Ellen Smith, 89, of Richland, died March 9 in Richland.

She was born in Kennewick and lived in the Tri-City area for 40 years.

She was a retired food server.

Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
