Clifford R. Blegen

Clifford Ralph Blegen, 88, of Kennewick, died March 7 in Kennewick.

He was born in Kellogg, Idaho, and lived in the Tri-City area since 1967.

He was a retired accountant.

Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
