Bill T. Richards

Bill T. Richards, 84, of Grandview, died Feb. 25 in Richland.

He was born in Yakima and was a longtime Lower Yakima Valley resident.

He was a retired owner and operator of Asphalt and Gravel Products.

Smith Funeral Home, Sunnyside, is in charge of arrangements.
