Richard E. Preston

Richard E. Preston, 88, of Kennewick, died Feb. 24 in Kennewick.

He was born in Dubuque, Iowa, and lived in the Tri-City area for 62 years.

He was a retired manufacturing engineer.

Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
