Kenneth J. Allwine Sr.

Kenneth Jerome Allwine Sr., 90, of Richland, died Feb. 17 at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland.

He was born in Omaha, Neb., and lived in the Tri-City area for 13 years.

He was a retired professor of criminal justice at Lewis & Clark State College.

Einan’s at Sunset, Richland, is in charge of arrangements.
