Wai “Ray” M. Chin

Wai “Ray” Mon Chin, 83, of Richland, died Feb. 14 in Richland.

He was born in Taishan, China, and lived in the Tri-City area for 65 years.

He was the retired owner and operator of Ray’s Golden Lion in Richland.

Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
