Merle R. Hornbaker

Merle Russell Hornbaker, 94, of Kennewick, died Feb. 15 in Richland.

He was born in Boulder, Colo., and lived in the Tri-City area since 1955.

He was a retired Franklin County commissioner, appraiser, farmer and rancher.

Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
