Judy Keplinger

Judy Keplinger, 72, of Richland, died Feb. 14 at Hospice at the Chaplaincy in Kennewick.

She was born in Van Nuys, Calif., and lived in the Tri-City area for 18 years.

She was a retired systems manager at Bechtel Corporation.

Einan’s at Sunset, Richland, is in charge of arrangements.
