Shirley O. McCullugh

Shirley Oline McCullugh, 85, of Richland, died Feb. 12 at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland.

She born in Salt Lake City and lived in the Tri-Cities for 65 years.

She was a retired carrier for the Postal Service.

Einan’s at Sunset, Richland, is in charge of arrangements.
