Randall S. DeVaughn

Randall S. DeVaughn, 56, of Pasco, died Feb. 2 in Kennewick.

He was born in Bellingham and lived in the Tri-City area for 30 years.

He was a retired retail associate for Goodwill.

Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
