Thongsa Bounhomsavanh, 21, of Ritzville, died Jan. 30 in Kahlotus.

He was born in Holland, Mich., and lived in the Tri-City area for 20 years.

He was a sous chef.

Hillcrest/Bruce Lee Memorial Center, Pasco, is in charge of arrangements.
