Dorothy E. Youngs

Dorothy Eunice Youngs, 97, of New Port Richey, Fla., died Jan. 25 in New Port Richey.

She was born in Rushville, Neb., and lived in the Tri-City area for 68 years before moving to Florida.

She as a retired secretary.

Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
