Rose Marie E. Gilligan

Rose Marie E. Gilligan, 90, of Kennewick, died Jan. 22 in Richland.

She was born in Fresno, Calif., and lived in the Tri-City area since 1998.

She was a retired legal secretary.

Mueller’s Chapel of the Falls, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
