Bernice Collins

Bernice Collins, 91, of Benton City, died Jan. 17 in Benton City.

She was born in Benton City and lived in the Tri-City area her whole life.

She was the retired owner and operator of B.C. Flower and Gifts.

Einan’s at Sunset, Richland, is in charge of arrangements.
