Robert “Bob” L. Martin

Robert “Bob” Louis Martin, 78, of Kennewick, died Jan. 13 in Kennewick.

He was born in Youngstown, Ohio, and lived in the Tri-City area for 42 years.

He was a retired engineer manager at Westinghouse.

Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
