Ronald A. Stephens

Ronald Arthur Stephens, 80, of Richland, died Jan. 12 in Richland.

He was born in Dallas, Ore., and lived in the Tri-City area for six years.

He was a retired teacher.

Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
