Victor K. Mahan

Victor K. Mahan, 72, of Kennewick, died Dec. 29 at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland.

He was born in Portland, Ore., and was a lifelong Tri-City area resident.

He was a retired Benton County PUD supervisor.

Hillcrest/Bruce Lee Memorial Center, Pasco, is in charge of arrangements.
