Phyllis M. Whitlatch

Phyllis Mae Whitlatch, 50, died Dec. 24 at home in Benton City.

She was born in Mt. Vernon, and lived in the Tri-City area for 37 years.

Life Tributes Cremation Center, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
