Joann F. Bowman

Joann F. Bowman, 81, of Richland, died Dec. 26 at the Tri-Cities Chaplaincy Hospice House.

She was born in Lewiston, Idaho, and lived in the Tri-Cities area for 46 years.

She was retired golf associate at Tri-Cities Country Club.
