Norman D. Moorer

Norman D. Moorer, 67, of Kennewick, died Dec. 23 in Kennewick.

He was born in Greenville, Ala., and lived in the Tri-Cities for 35 years.

He was a retired deputy regional administrator for the state Department of Social and Health Services.

Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
