Cecil L. Black

Cecil L. Black, 90, of Kennewick, died Dec. 17 in Kennewick.

He was born in Dresden, Kan., and lived in Kennewick for 52 years.

He was a retired crane operator for Bonneville Power.

Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
